We provide systems engineering services to government and industry. Peter Gage founded Neerim more than a decade ago, after 15 years supporting NASA spacecraft design in two other contracting companies. Neerim is a very lean organization that minimizes overhead related to proposal and contract management. It is devoted to improving the technology and product development performance of its clients, and relies on strong customer satisfaction to win ongoing work.
Our vehicle projects have focused on atmospheric entry at Earth and other planets, with support provided throughout development to protoflight. Recent technology projects have focused on thermal protection materials, and maturing them from concept to flight readiness. Outside NASA, Neerim has worked on autonomous vehicles that progressed from concept to commercial success. Our engineers have previously developed analysis and design software that has been transferred to customers for their ongoing use. We also provide external technical review of projects and test infrastructure across multiple engineering domains. Across all our engagements, we go beyond feedback on existing efforts and identify opportunities fo efficiency and improved product quality, to increase value to the customer.
Neerim has systems experience across the complete life cycle and in all technical processes. We provide both management and technical execution support. Requirements elicitation and architecture definition are notable strengths, because we challenge assumptions and translate general objectives to verifiable capabilities. We have broad experience in trade study execution, including tailored optimization strategies. Risk management, including risk-informed decision making, is an area of recent growth for the company.
We are happy to discuss short-term review and planning engagements, or longer-term interactions with in-house development teams.
